Two nice bits in the paper today that I enjoyed.
Andrew Rawnsley making some useful observations on the debate of Scottish Devolution, essentially arguing that if the English were allowed to vote that the Scots would gain devolution. I have mailed to agree with this, particularly if the border were to be moved to Yorkshire. And Victoria Coren positing a defence of the episcopal contribution to this weeks Welfare Reform bill debates, or more accurately having a go at their detractors.
